Sarah Wilson (BA Hons) is a highly accomplished Youth and Family Wellbeing Practitioner and certified Loss & Bereavement Specialist with three decades of dedicated experience supporting neurodivergent children, young people and individuals navigating complex emotional, behavioural and environmental challenges. Sarah brings a profoundly empathetic, creative, and grief-informed framework to their practice.

Sarah works holistically with families, schools and local authorities to navigate complex trauma, loss and behavioural difficulties to cultivate resilience, implement practical coping strategies, and rebuild positive communication. Over a 30-year career, Sarah has developed insightful understanding of how neurodivergent young people process environmental instability, family breakdowns, and significant life transitions. Combining their extensive hands-on experience with an academic background in Arts and Humanities, they frequently implement creative, person-centred approaches to help young people articulate complex emotions. As a bereavement specialist, Sarah is uniquely equipped to support families through the delicate intersections of grief, identity change, and behavioural disruption, transitioning them from crisis to sustainable wellbeing.
Sarah is a creative at heart, happiest when she’s bringing ideas to life through writing, art and anything else that sparks the imagination. When she’s not making something, you’ll probably find her roller skating, lost in a good book—or quite literally lost in the woods!
